TAG! You're it!

DOH! I got tagged by my dear friend Kim (who I know from a Mommy Board) and who was one of my first prayer partners at the Castle!! (Boy did I get lucky that I got to know her... she's TOO sweet!) And allow me to toot her horn (Toot, Toot) she just worked her Tookie off and lost 20 pounds!! Way to go girlie!

Tag, you're it: The Game

The rules of the game get posted at the beginning. Each player answers the questions about themselves. At the end of the post, the player then tags 5 people and posts their names, then goes to their blogs and leaves them a comment, letting them know they’ve been tagged and asking them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know when you’ve posted your answer.

What was I doing 10 years ago?: Funny you ask... I was just thinking about this the other day. I was working at Walt Disney World in the entertainment division on my College Program.

What are 5 things on my to-do list for today?

4 Things I would do if I were a billionaire:

Put away a ton of money for education for my kid so he could do anything he wanted
Give a very substantial portion of my money to my church

Well, I will post these answers for you but I don't want to tag anyone because everyone I know is far too swamped with work/blogging/life to even think of having one more thing to do. :)

10 years ago? editing "Anthem" at NPR and writing for a standup comedian I know (and you probably know, but I don't want to brag)

5 things on to-do list? submit invoice for TV show I worked last weekend, finish work on chapter of book, mop kitchen floor, take dogs for walk, write and produce a newscast for 3, 4 and 5 pm today

3 snacks I enjoy: 3 Musketeers Mint candy bars, fresh cherries, Triscuits (TM)

4 things if I were a billionaire: set up trusts for each family member; set aside additional endowment for my nephew's college education; purchase/set up 100-acre eco-friendly, self-sustainable farm in Kansas so I could raise chickens and not be worried about water, power, etc. (and provide a place for the whole Lorson/Schindler/Corcoran/Abell/Garrett clan to stay if things really go south in a hurry); establish Humanities Professorships at KU and UK

5 places lived: Louisville, Lexington, Washington DC, Minneapolis, Chicago

6 jobs I've had: market research survey-taker, parts girl at Western Auto, morning drive-time newscaster, news editor/producer, McDonald's morning shift biscuit-maker
