1. Jean (my mother-in-law) officially retired last Friday, the 16th. Just wanted to say CONGRATS, JEAN!! We're proud of all your hard work! Now go and read a book on your porch b/c that's what retired people do!!
2. Davis is hanging in there. Life with a toddler in a cast is... Stinky. Really stinky. Because he HATES bathtime. UGH!! But otherwise, he's mobilizing well and generally being a good kid. Oh, except for the two year molars that are also coming through which are making him a bear. Oh well. Cuteness for you: (Tess and Davis playing with the laundry baskets last week:)
3. Two of MB's closest friends in the whole wide world had birthday's yesterday, and she didn't get to call them. (Boo!) So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, KAREN AND JACKIE!! (Hopefully by me yelling you could hear me in Tennessee and New Jersey)
4. Work is going surprisingly well. Who knew that I could still stick needles in people without much of a problem?? ;-)
5. Chris is good.
6. I promise to post picture of some cool gifts that Davis has received for his broken leg... for now, just want to say thanks to Karin, Karen and Kara for the AWESOME Curious George (Curious Jew) get well pack and Aunt LaLa for the Very cool message in a bottle. You guys rock!! And Davis has gotten really good at saying and Signing "thank you" so I hope to get that posted later this week...
