Ahhh... the joy of children. They get sick and you feel like the world must stop moving because you are so worried about them.
We headed to the Doctor's yesterday. Call it "Mommy Instinct". That little cough was sounding worse and worse and although I knew it was a Viral Thing, I just wanted it checked out.
The doc listened and sure enough, Viral Pneumonia.
Poor little guy. Pitiful cough that is getting louder. Belly aches from the medicine. Life is tough at 17 and 1/2 months.
The naptime is short today... I hear some Hacking over the monitor as I type. So sad.

Hope he's feeling better soon! If you want, I can send you some good Kansas honey from our neighbors who are beekeepers. Makes my coughs go away, anyhow. Also: thank your lucky stars you're not in Wichita, which mysteriously has the highest rate of RSV infection in the country. Why? Because it's *Wichita.* No, seriously, no one knows why.
