It's Wednesday. It feels like a Wednesday.

Well, I don't really have any cute pictures or funny stories today. Just a normal old Wednesday. I sit here typing the blog, listening to the monkey attempting to take a nap over the monitor (note to self: don't put the 'catepillar' backhoe in the crib at nap time. too many noise making options that I didn't even realize existed.)

So just some general stuff to make you, generally, feel like you know what's going on in our little world...
1. Met with the realtor yesterday. Topic: Price Reduction. :-(
2. Chris' mom and step-dad were in Lexington yesterday and it was good to see them for a couple of hours. Mamaw cookies = Davis' favorite thing in the world.
3. It's not really Ironic (darn you, Alanis Morrisette for screwing that word up for me forever) but a thing that I find amusing: I was "officially" fired a year ago tomorrow. Surprisingly, I was offered full-time status with my new workplace today. So, it only took 365 days to get us back to where we needed to be! ;-)
On that note, I am totally excited... more hours and PAID TIME OFF! Need I say more?
4. I really need to get to some scrapbooking today. Unclear, yet, if that will actually happen due to the BEAUTIFUL weather outside. I should really make the monkey head outside after nap, despite the constant sneezes he's emitting. So we shall see.

And really, it's that slow around here. Can you believe it? Things that run smoothly always make me worry about "what's gonna happen next". Know what I mean? Here's hoping that no new storms are on the horizon for either our Family, OR yours!
