That's what you get when you have two kids and work full-time, people. Be happy I can function much less post on the blog.
The important stuff:
Okay, since I last posted, Emmy had her 2 month appointment. She's a champ (11lbs.4oz, 22inches) and handled her shots pretty well. LOVED the children's tylenol she's finally allowed to have. Anyhow, the doctor was a little concerned about how her head was growing... just that she thought the sutures were maybe not growing together correctly. SOOOOOOO... we went for a CT Scan this past Monday. Turns out the suture that Dr. Schuster was worried about is fine BUT the radiologist wants us to get an MRI of Emmy's Hemangioma and of another suture to make sure that 1)The Hemangioma is not taking from the brain's vasculature and 2)that the other suture is growing together correctly. In all, I'm antsy about putting Emmy to sleep (again) for the MRI but the doctor's seem to just be playing "better safe than sorry". Here's hoping. MRI is scheduled for MONDAY, 11/30 at 2:30pm.
The fun stuff:
