Okay, so 9 months later, the house is SOLD!! Woohoo. Closing will be in 30 to 60 days (not sure of the exact date yet, but we are getting there). The buyer is preapproved with a nice downpayment. Just have to get through inspections (probably next week) and our realtor thinks we will have NO problems rolling out of here. Did I say Woohoo? WOOHOO!!!
Okay, so on to buy a new house, move our stuff, get it settled and live happily ever after. Or something like that.
VERY excited. VERY ready for Davis to have a yard to run in. VERY ready for a basement to store junk. NOT READY for that sinking feeling of "how in the world are we gonna pay for this?"
Thanks for the prayers!!! We are VERY blessed to have had it go this quickly compared to SO many out there. Praise God. And now start praying that the move goes smoothly.
