Anyhow, today was Davis's first day at Preschool. We enrolled him at Vanguard Academy over in Norton Commons two days a week from 9am to Noon. If anything, it's just so he can interact with the kiddos his own age (he goes crazy for kids in the nursery at church) and so we can start to prep him for 3 days a week once the new baby gets here in September.
Today = big success. All morning he kept talking about going to "make new friends" and when I dropped him off at his room, he didn't even need a kiss goodbye. He just took off for the toys. (Which broke my heart, but was good to see him so independent) He is in a class of Eight Kids (3 boys and 5 girls) and the teacher said he did great today. I have a friend who works there, too, and she said she peeked in on him during enrichment time and he was acting like a pro.
So far today, he's talked about his "new friend, Rocco" and the color of the month, which is pink. Gotta love school.

School? Doesn't seem possible but a really good idea. Davis, you are getting so big. Learn lots and have fun and make alot of new friends.
